After the run
Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at Coffee Manchester who have their coffee van in the car park from 8:30am with hot drinks, snacks and bananas. If you'd prefer to sit down with friends, Blanchflower, located in Longford park itself, is open from 9am - please come and join us!
